Seattle Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald provided several injury updates during his weekly appearance Monday morning on Seattle Sports’ Brock and Salk.

Here’s a recap of what Macdonald said, along with additional reporting from an NFL insider.
• Macdonald said “the early returns are positive” on wide receiver Rashid Shaheed, who exited with a knee injury during Seattle’s 20-3 win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night.
“Any time the knee’s involved, you’re holding your breath,” Macdonald said. “So right now, let’s just say it’s positive.”
• Left tackle Charles Cross suffered a high-ankle sprain in Sunday night’s game and will miss time, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported shortly after Macdonald’s appearance on Brock and Salk ended.
Rapoport reported that Cross could return in one to two weeks, depending on how rehab goes.
• Macdonald said running back Zach Charbonnet will practice in “full capacity” again this week, but didn’t say whether he’ll play in next Monday night’s game against the Chicago Bears.
Last week, Charbonnet was activated off the physically unable to perform list and was a full participant in practice for the first time since undergoing ACL surgery on Feb. 20. However, the Seahawks ruled out Charbonnet last Friday for their game against the Chiefs.
“We’re sticking to our plan,” Macdonald said. “He’s still gonna practice in a full capacity, and then we’ll evaluate as the week goes on and go from there. But he had a great week, in great spirits.”
• Macdonald said running back Jadarian Price will return to practice this week, but doesn’t know yet whether the rookie first-round draft pick will be able to play against the Bears next Monday night. Price has missed the past four games with a chest injury, but is eligible to be activated off injured reserve this week.
