Seattle Seahawks sign a 6-year NFL veteran tight end
Four days after the NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks turned back to free agency to sign veteran tight end Harrison Bryant.

Four days after the NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks have turned back to free agency.
The Seahawks announced the signing of tight end Harrison Bryant on Wednesday afternoon, adding a six-year NFL veteran.

Bryant joins AJ Barner, Elijah Arroyo, Nick Kallerup and Eric Saubert in Seattle’s tight end room.
The 28-year-old Bryant checks in at 6 foot 5 and 243 pounds. He was a fourth-round draft pick in 2020 by the Cleveland Browns out of Florida Atlantic.
Last season, Bryant played 12 games with four starts for the Houston Texas. He had two catches for seven yards, and played 173 snaps on offense and 97 on special teams.
Bryant has played 90 career games with 37 starts and 10 touchdown receptions. In each of his first three pro seasons, he played at least 15 games with 21 receptions and 233 receiving yards or more.

Following four years with Cleveland, Bryant joined the Las Vegas Raiders in 2024, then went to Houston last season.
Bryant spent a month on the Texas’ injured reserve last season with neck and shoulder injuries.
