The Seattle Seahawks signed second-round draft pick Bud Clark to his rookie contract on Wednesday.
That leaves Seattle’s first-round pick – Notre Dame running back and No. 32 overall selection Jadarian Price – as the only unsigned member of the Seahawks’ eight-player 2026 draft class. Fourteen of the top 20 picks have signed their rookie contracts, but picks No. 21-32 each remain unsigned.

As the No. 64 overall pick, Clark’s four-year rookie contract is worth $7.88 million. The salaries for all draft picks are slotted by draft pick position.
Nearly 70% of Clark’s deal is fully guaranteed, including each of the first two seasons, according to NFL reporter Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston. The guaranteed structure of rookie contracts is one of the few aspects that can be negotiated.
Clark, a 6-foot-1, 188-pound safety out of TCU, showed impressive range, speed, anticipation and ball skills as a big-time playmaker in college. He totaled an FBS-leading 15 interceptions, two pick-sixes and 21 pass breakups over his final four seasons at TCU.
Clark also offers plenty of positional flexibility, logging more than 1,200 snaps in the slot, 700 snaps in the box and 400 snaps at free safety over his six-year career at TCU, according to Pro Football Focus.
Clark and the rest of Seattle’s rookie class have been taking part in voluntary offseason workouts at team headquarters in Renton, which has given them a chance to begin working with some of the team’s veterans.
“It’s been pretty good getting to know the guys,” Clark told Seahawks.com after signing on Wednesday. “They’ve taking me under their wing, so I’ve just been following them, understanding their steps.”
