Stacy Rost: 2 numbers that matter for Seahawks vs Broncos
The 29-year-old Charles, an offseason trade acquisition from the New York Jets, was activated off injured reserve earlier in the week before being released and subsequently signed back to the practice squad. The 6-foot-4, 219-pound receiver is expected to make his biggest contributions on special teams. He had 14 tackles and a blocked punt over 25 games with the Jets in 2024 and ’25.
Ciarlo, an Army grad, provides Seattle some depth at linebacker with Drake Thomas (ankle) and Chazz Suratt (calf) each ruled out for Thursday’s game. The 25-year-old Ciarlo made his pro debut with the Buffalo Bills last season and played 13 special teams snaps in his lone NFL game. The Seahawks signed Ciarlo to their practice squad on Sept. 30 after he was released by the Tennessee Titans.
The Seahawks and Broncos square off at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Radio coverage on Seattle Sports 710 AM, KIRO Newsradio 97.3 FM and the Seattle Sports app begins at 2 p.m. with the pregame show.
