SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

“710 Rewind” kicks off Sunday at noon

Join "Danny and Gallant" as they watch Russell Wilson's Seahawks debut via the NFL Game Pass on Sunday at noon.

Our film study began in the darkness or at least the time before Russell Wilson arrived. Now, we’ll witness the dawning of the light. Wait. That’s too dramatic. How about Russell Wilson’s first start?

NFL Media is currently providing complimentary access to its “Game Pass” which is actually pretty darn awesome. You can see replays of the TV broadcasts of all NFL games going back to 2009 and you also have access to the coach’s film aka “The All 22.” (It sounds much more secretive than it is. They call it that because you can see all 22 players during the play unlike the TV copy.)

The quartet of people responsible for the three hours of radio that is “Danny and Gallant” decided — during this time of no games — that we would take a look back at the Seattle Seahawks through the Russell Wilson era. We started last week by watching the single worst football game I have ever been subjected to: Seattle’s 6-3 loss at Cleveland in Week 7 of the 2011 season. On Sunday at noon we’re going to watch Russell’s first start as a Seahawk. We’ll be Tweeting about the game live, using the hashtag #710Rewind.
