Lineup: Mariners 3B Donovan out for 2nd straight day
Seattle Mariners third baseman Brendan Donovan, who exited Friday's game with a hip issue, is out of the lineup again for Sunday's series finale against Texas.

Seattle Mariners third baseman Brendan Donovan is out of the lineup for a second straight day, with utilityman Leo Rivas again starting in his place for Sunday afternoon’s series finale against the Texas Rangers.

Donovan exited Friday night’s game with tightness in his left hip. Mariners manager Dan Wilson said Saturday that Donovan is “day to day.”
Rob Refsnyder, who returned to the team Friday after a stint on the paternity list, is batting leadoff and starting in right field as the Mariners roll out a right-handed-heavy lineup against All-Star lefty MacKenzie Gore.
Backup catcher Mitch Garver is batting fifth and starting behind the plate, with Cal Raleigh serving as the designated hitter.
Connor Joe will bat sixth and get his second start of the season at first base. Rivas will bat ninth.
All-Star right-hander Bryan Woo will take the mound for the Mariners.
It’ll be a rematch of the pitching matchup from the Rangers’ 3-0 win over Seattle on April 8 in Arlington. Gore struck out nine batters over five scoreless innings of one-hit ball in that game, while Woo allowed an earned run and two unearned runs in five innings.
