Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet (knee) and right guard Anthony Bradford (knee) were both full participants in practice Thursday, which puts them on track to potentially make their returns from injury in Sunday night’s showdown against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Seahawks activate Charbonnet; Arroyo out for season, per report
However, veteran edge rushers DeMarcus Lawrence (knee) and Uchenna Nwosu (hip) were both listed as limited and dealing with new injuries on Thursday’s practice report.
Meanwhile, starting linebacker Drake Thomas (ankle) remained sidelined from practice, which puts him in jeopardy of missing a second straight game.
Charbonnet, who was activated off the physically unable to perform list on Thursday morning, was a full participant for the second straight day as he works back from February ACL surgery. Charbonnet’s 21-day practice window ended Thursday, which meant the Seahawks either had to place him on their 53-man roster or keep him on the PUP list for the rest of the season.
Earlier in the week, head coach Mike Macdonald said there’s a “possibility” Charbonnet could play “in some capacity” on Sunday night.
Bradford, who missed the past five games and is currently on injured reserve, progressed to full participation Thursday after being limited Wednesday. Macdonald said he could return for Sunday night’s game if all goes well in practice this week.
Wide receiver Rashid Shaheed (hip), backup linebacker Tyrice Knight (oblique) and backup right guard Beau Stephens (knee) each progressed to full participation on Thursday after being limited Wednesday.
