The defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks host the unbeaten San Francisco 49ers in an NFC West showdown on Sunday. Ahead of the matchup, here are four numbers to know.

Seahawks Injury Report: Williams set to play; 2 out, 2 questionable

• 0 – A number you’ll hear all week: Brock Purdy hasn’t been sacked yet this season. It’s an impressive start, but also a fitting focus given Seattle’s defensive line. The Seahawks aren’t leading the league in sacks, but they’re first in total defense and third in pressure percentage (27.6%). Leonard Williams, who leads the team in sacks, is set to play after injury his ankle last week.

• 1 – Purdy has thrown only one interception this season, and the Seahawks are tied for first in interceptions with six. The 49ers will be the best offense Seattle has faced so far, but those impressive numbers from Purdy will also be challenged by the best defense he’s faced yet.

• 11.5 – Sam Darnold doesn’t run much, but the 49ers’ defense has allowed the most yards per scramble (11.5) and are last in the league in pressure percentage (13%). They have playmakers who weren’t available in the last meeting between these two teams (namely Fred Warner), but if there’s a weakness opposite Seattle, it’s a defense that isn’t bringing consistent pressure.

• 367 – There’s a 367-yard gap between Seahawks leading receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba (481 yards) and second-leading receiver Cooper Kupp (114 yards). That doesn’t have to be a problem, so long as Smith-Njigba keeps delivering (and there’s no sign he’ll slow down there). However, Seattle’s early question from 2025 about receiver depth behind JSN remains the same this year. Is this an opportunity for Rashid Shaheed to make a splash? Seattle used him out of the backfield for a 28-yard touchdown run last week.
