The Seattle Seahawks are being cautious with rookie safety Nick Emmanwori, as he was their lone player who did not practice Thursday.

That was the biggest change for Seattle on their second injury report of the week ahead of Sunday’s Super Bowl against the New England Patriots. Emmanwori, a finalist for the NFL’s Defensive Rookie of the Year award, suffered a low-ankle sprain in practice Wednesday, and his status has become the biggest question going into the game.
Emmanwori and Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald both said earlier Thursday they expect he will be available to play Sunday.
Super Bowl: Who Seahawks would turn to if Emmanwori is too hurt
The Seahawks had two players who were limited in practice Thursday: left tackle Charles Cross (foot) and fullback Robbie Ouzts (neck). The remaining 11 players on Seattle’s injury report were full participants Thursday, including quarterback Sam Darnold (oblique) and reserve offensive lineman Josh Jones (ankle, knee).
As for the Patriots, they had one linebacker again who did not practice, although it’s a different one from a day ago. Thursday it was Harold Landry (knee) who was a DNP, whereas Robert Spillane (ankle) was limited after being New England’s lone DNP on Wednesday.
