Just a month after the Seattle Seahawks won a Super Bowl for the second time in team history, the NFL offseason thrust them back into competition mode.

NFL free agency primer: All the rules and terms to know

The league’s “legal tampering” period of free agency opened March 9, with teams allowed to negotiate with free agents. The official start period, when those teams and players can actually put pen to paper on contracts, then began at 1 p.m. on March 11.
