After a 2-0 start, the Seattle Seahawks head east to face the Washington Commanders on Sunday. Heading into the matchup, here are three numbers to know.

Stacy Rost: Even at 2-0, Seahawks’ offense has 3 big questions

• 4 – The Commanders’ defense gave up the second-most touchdowns to tight ends last year, the fifth-most fantasy points and a little over 1,000 receiving yards, or 60-ish yards per game, to tight ends. That’s not good. They were second only to the Bengals there. And in fact, they spent a good chunk of their offseason trying to fix it. They added five new defenders to the front seven. They drafted a linebacker at No. 7 overall. They still haven’t been able to fix that problem, though. The Commanders have already given up four touchdowns to opposing tight ends through two weeks. They gave up two to Dallas Goedert against the Eagles in Week 1 and another two to Jake Ferguson against the Cowboys in Week 2. Now, that’s good news for a Seahawks team that’s kind of waiting to see who behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba can take off. You’d love it to be Rashid Shaheed, who you’re paying to be a wide receiver No. 2. But it would also be great if it was AJ Barner, who outside of a “Barnyard” touchdown against the Cardinals, has had a pretty quiet start to the season with 21 receiving yards through two games. Let’s see if he gets a chance to continue the trend of opposing tight ends finding the end zone against Washington.

• 4 – The Seahawks are tied for third in the NFL with four takeaways so far this year. All of those takeaways have been interceptions. And at the same time, the Seahawks have allowed just 17 points through two games. That’s two touchdowns, one apiece from the Cardinals and Patriots, and also a field goal from the Patriots in Week 1. That means, if I’m doing the math, that opposing quarterbacks have been more likely to throw an interception than they have been to find the end zone.

• 1 – Congratulations to Drew Lock, who’s done an amazing job filling in for Sam Darnold through two weeks. In fact, Lock is one of just three quarterbacks to have a completion percentage over 70% while also not having thrown a single interception. Now, the other two – one of them is Jaxson Dart. Unfortunately, his season is done. The other, you’re not going to believe this, it’s Geno Smith for the Jets, who’s actually off to a really solid start for New York. However, Geno has a single touchdown so far. Those quarterbacks also aren’t undefeated the way that the Seahawks are through two weeks. Lock has four touchdowns. So with that mix of over 400 yards, four touchdowns, no interceptions and a completion percentage over 70%, Lock is first in passer rating league-wide through two weeks.
