Seattle Seahawks safety Ty Okada (hamstring) and special teams stalwart Chazz Surratt (calf) are both inactive for Sunday’s Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers after being listed as questionable on the injury report.

Roster Moves: Seahawks place RB Jadarian Price on IR

Okada, who returned to practice Thursday, will miss his fourth consecutive game to open the season. Rodney Thomas II is expected to start in his place for a fourth straight week, while Julian Love returns to start at the other safety spot after missing last week’s game with a calf injury.

Meanwhile, the Chargers will be without five-time Pro Bowl safety Derwin James (hamstring), who is inactive after being listed as questionable.

The Seahawks’ other inactives are nose tackle Brandon Pili, tight end Nick Kallerup, third-string quarterback Jalen Milroe, wide receiver Montorie Foster Jr. and cornerback Avery Smith. Milroe will serve as the emergency third quarterback.

Running back Velus Jones Jr., two-time Pro Bowl cornerback Trevon Diggs and safety Maxen Hook are each active for Seattle.

The Seahawks signed Jones off their practice squad to their 53-man roster on Saturday after placing starting running back Jadarian Price (chest) on injured reserve. Seattle also elevated Diggs and Hook off the practice squad for Sunday’s game.
