In the video released by the NFL on social media Tuesday morning, it shows coach Mike Macdonald talking to standout second-year safety Nick Emmanwori, who is currently on the physically unable to perform list for the defending Super Bowl champs after undergoing offseason ankle surgery.

Macdonald puts things in perspective with his answer, which includes a revealing story about something former longtime NFL coach Rex Ryan said about Macdonald.
