Seahawks-Cardinals Uniforms: Arizona breaking out ‘Rivalries’ alternate

The Arizona Cardinals will feature a rare look when they welcome the Seattle Seahawks to the desert for a Week 2 NFC West clash on Sunday.

Arizona is breaking out its “Rivalries” alternate uniform for the second time since it was introduced in 2025. The NFL “Rivalries” uniforms are worn just once per season by teams in a home game against a division rival.

The first time the Cardinals wore their sandy alternates was also against the Seahawks, which was in a Sept. 25, 2025 Thursday Night Football game that the Seahawks won 23-20 on a game-ending field goal by kicker Jason Myers.

Seattle’s own “Rivalries” uniform will be worn this year in a Christmas Night contest with the Los Angeles Rams.

As for Sunday, the Seahawks will wear navy jerseys with grey pants, which is one of their more rare combinations of their traditional uniform set. The Seahawks have worn the navy-on-grey look 17 times since the team changed to its current uniform scheme in 2012, according to Seahawks.com.

The uniform matchup is the exact same as last year’s Seahawks-Cardinals game in Arizona. Seattle has worn the navy-on-grey combo three times total before against the Cardinals, and have won all three of those games.

Sunday’s game is set for a 1:25 p.m. kickoff at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz., with Seahawks Radio Network coverage on Seattle Sports beginning at 11 a.m. with the pregame show.
