Roster Moves: Seahawks sign UDFA RB and CB
Running back T.J. Harden totaled more than 3,000 scrimmage yards over a four-year college career at UCLA and SMU.

The Seattle Seahawks signed running back T.J. Harden and cornerback Jordan Washington to their 90-man roster on Wednesday.
‘Hard Knocks’ highlights Kupp’s behind-the-scenes value to Seahawks
In a pair of corresponding moves, Seattle waived cornerback Brandon Johnson and edge rusher Garrett Nelson. Johnson was waived with an injury designation.
Harden went undrafted this spring after totaling 2,445 rushing yards, 622 receiving yards and 24 total touchdowns over a four-year college career at UCLA and SMU. During his lone season at SMU in 2025, he rushed for 787 yards, 4.6 yards per carry and nine TDs. He signed with the Cleveland Browns in May and was released this week.
Washington spent rookie minicamp with the Seahawks this spring after going undrafted out of Stanford. He had 19 pass breakups and 6.5 tackles for loss as a two-year starter at FCS-level Dartmouth in 2023-24. He then transferred to Stanford, where he recorded two pass breakups in 2025.
