UW Huskies men’s basketball schedule finalized for this season
UW's full schedule is now set after the Big Ten announced the team's 20-game conference slate.

The UW Huskies men’s basketball team’s 2026-27 schedule is now finalized after the Big Ten announced its full conference slate on Wednesday.
Washington already announced the non-conference portion of its schedule last month.

The Huskies host the WSU Cougars in an exhibition on Oct. 25 before opening their regular-season slate at home against Colgate on Nov. 2.
The highlight of UW’s 11-game non-conference schedule is a trip to the Maui Invitational on Nov. 23-25. It will be just the Huskies’ second trip to the historic Thanksgiving week tournament, with the other coming in 2010.
Washington opens its Maui slate against BYU, followed by a matchup against either Clemson or Mississippi. The Huskies’ third and final game on the island will be against either Arizona, Colorado State, Providence or Virginia Commonwealth.
UW opens its 20-game Big Ten slate at USC on Dec. 2 and at home against UCLA on Dec. 13.
Washington also has a notable non-conference matchup against Baylor on Dec. 19 at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena.
UW dives into the thick of Big Ten play once the calendar flips to 2027, with back-to-back road games at defending national champion Michigan on Jan. 2 and perennial power Michigan State on Jan. 5.
The Huskies’ notable Big Ten home games include a Feb. 23 matchup against 2026 Final Four participant Illinois and a Feb. 27 game against perennial power Purdue.
The Big Ten Tournament is March 9-14 in Indianapolis.
UW is entering its third season in the 18-team Big Ten. The Huskies have a mostly new group of players from last year’s team, which went 16-17 overall and 7-13 in conference play.
Washington is set to have six incoming transfers: forward LeJuan Watts (Texas Tech), point guard Ryan Beasley (San Francisco), guard Tayshawn Comer (Nevada), guard Parker Friedrichsen (Davidson), guard Steele Venters (Gonzaga) and guard Harun Zrno (Rutgers).
