Arozarena is among nine outfield finalists in the AL alongside Boston’s Wilyer Abreu, New York’s Cody Bellinger, Kansas City’s Jac Caglianone, Cleveland’s Chase DeLauter, Detroit’s Riley Greene, Chicago’s Tristan Peters, Tampa Bay’s Chandler Simpson and Los Angeles’ Mike Trout. The three winners from the group will be announced Nov. 17.

The 31-year-old Arozarena led the Mariners in nearly all major offensive categories,  slashing .281/.381/.484 with an .865 OPS, 151 wRC+, 26 homers, 34 doubles, 79 RBIs, 113 runs scored and 26 stolen bases while earning his third career All-Star nod.

A three-time AL Silver Slugger finalist during his time in Tampa Bay (2021-23), Arozarena is vying for his first win. He is the only Mariner up for a Silver Slugger this season. The last Mariner to win one was catcher Cal Raleigh during his 60-homer season in 2025. Julio Rodríguez is the most recent Seattle outfielder to claim a Silver Slugger, doing so in back-to-back seasons from 2022-23.

Arozarena became a free agent when the offseason began on Nov. 2. The Mariners extended a qualifying offer to him, but he is expected to decline it.
