Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin will play Sunday night against the Colts, which was expected even after he missed two days of practice this week because of a groin injury.

Running back Thomas Rawls is not playing, which is at least a little bit of a surprise as the Seahawks continue to juggle their backfield.

Rawls was among the seven players the Seahawks declared as inactive for Sunday’s game along with fellow running back C.J. Prosise, who was listed as doubtful because of an ankle injury. Eddie Lacy, Chris Carson and J.D. McKissic are the three running backs the Seahawks will have available along with fullback Tre Madden.

Carroll had already indicated that McKissic would be an option if Prosise were unable to play. Seattle opted to keep Eddie Lacy active for this game ahead of Rawls.

Rawls missed the season opener but had been active since Week 2, and while he appeared in last week’s game, he did not get a carry as the Seahawks had only 15 carries by running backs in the game.

Other Seahawks who were declared inactive: CB Neiko Thorpe (ankle), G Mark Glowinski, G Jordan Roos, S Tedric Thompson and T Isaiah Battle.
