The extra time afforded to the Seahawks between games after last week’s win over the Rams has paid off.

Only one player – running back C.J. Prosise – is listed on Seattle’s final injury report ahead of Saturday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals. That means that punter Jon Ryan has passed concussion protocol after being knocked out of last week’s game, and both defensive lineman Michael Bennett (neck) and linebacker Brock Coyle (foot) will be available to play.

Bennett tweaked his neck while tackling Rams running back Todd Gurley, and while he missed practice on Wednesday, it was seemingly just a routine day off.

Coyle has missed the last three games but practiced in full this week.

Coyle, Ryan, Bennett and cornerback Richard Sherman, who had a routine day off Thursday, will all listed as full participants in Friday’s practice.

Prosise, who has been out of action for a month, is again listed as out for Seattle. He suffered a shoulder blade injury on Nov. 20 against Philadelphia, a game in which he had a breakout performance thanks to a 72-yard touchdown run. A potential return for the rookie out of Notre Dame has not been ruled out, with head coach Pete Carroll indicating earlier in the week that Prosise could be back for the postseason.

On the other side of the field, Arizona will be without safety Tyrann Mathieu, who was an first-team All-Pro last season. The man nicknamed “The Honey Badger” has been hampered by shoulder and knee injuries this year, leading the Cardinals to place him on Injured Reserve on Friday.

On Arizona’s injury report, cornerback Marcus Cooper (back/calf) and tackle D.J. Humphries (concussion) are out, while cornerback Brandon Williams (back) and wide receiver John Brown (illness) are questionable.
