The Seattle Seahawks’ two candidates for postseason awards headline their crop of 2017 NFL Pro Bowl selections.

Playoff scenarios: How Seahawks can still make postseason

Quarterback Russell Wilson, who is in the MVP race, and linebacker Bobby Wagner, one of the favorites to be Defensive Player of the Year, will be joined by safety Earl Thomas and tight end Jimmy Graham in the league’s annual version of an all-star game.

The Seahawks additionally have four players named Pro Bowl alternates: wide receiver Doug Baldwin, defensive end Michael Bennett, safety Kam Chancellor and punt returner Tyler Lockett.

Wilson has thrown for 3,669 yards (seventh in the league) and 30 touchdowns (second) through 14 games, and even leads the Seahawks with 521 rushing yards. This is his fourth Pro Bowl nomination.

Graham, also a four-time Pro Bowler, has been among Wilson’s favorite targets this season, especially in the red zone. He is tied for third in the NFL with nine receiving touchdowns to go with 472 yards on 53 receptions.

Wagner, another four-time Pro Bowl selection, has 122 total tackles, including a league-high 89 solo tackles, and two interceptions this season.

A Pro Bowler for the sixth time, Thomas has 71 tackles, six passes defensed, two interceptions and a forced fumble in 12 games for Seattle.

The Pro Bowl is scheduled for noon on Jan. 28 from Orlando.

Here are the full rosters.
