It’s a big sports Saturday here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with the Seattle Mariners facing the Arizona Diamondbacks while in the midst of a playoff push while star running back Max Borghi and the WSU Cougars look to secure their first win of the 2021 season in non-conference action against the Portland State Vikings.

Due to there being a slight time overlap between coverage for the WSU Cougars and Seattle Mariners, here’s what you need to know about how 710 ESPN Seattle and Bonneville Seattle are broadcasting the two games.
The WSU Cougars kick off their game at Martin Stadium at 3 p.m., and pregame coverage for the contest begins at 1 p.m. on both 710 ESPN Seattle as well as sister station AM 770 KTTH. The game will air on both stations, as well.
But as soon as 5 p.m. comes around, coverage on 710 ESPN Seattle will shift to the Seattle Mariners pregame show and WSU Cougars coverage will then be exclusively heard on AM 770 KTTH until the postgame show ends.
First pitch for the Mariners’ second game against the Diamondbacks is at 6:10, and after last night’s win, Seattle is just one game behind the New York Yankees for the second American League Wild Card spot. The Mariners can clinch a series win by beating the Diamondbacks, and manager Scott Servais will send right-handed pitcher Chris Flexen to the mound to get the job done.
