Pete Carroll Post-Show: Coach makes no excuses for Seahawks’ loss to 49ers
Dec 17, 2018, 12:52 PM
There are times after a Seahawks loss where the head coach might explain away why it happened the following day on 710 ESPN Seattle’s Pete Carroll Show.
Not after Sunday’s loss to the 49ers.
Despite loss, Hawks’ ‘transitional’ season could be one of their best
As Brock Huard and Mike Salk explain in this week’s Pete Carroll Post-Show, the Seahawks coach wasn’t making any excuses for his team’s 26-23 overtime defeat in Santa Clara that featured a whole lot of penalties and some crucial errors on special teams. If anything, Carroll is more determined to see his 8-6 team right the ship in primetime next Sunday against maybe the best team in the NFL, the 11-3 Kansas City Chiefs, and clinch a return to the postseason.
You can watch Brock and Salk’s reaction their conversation with Carroll in the attached video or listen to the full Pete Carroll Show at this link.
