The Hawks entered the annual three-day event with eight picks, including their first in the top 10 overall since 2010, and even their first higher than 27th overall since 2012.

How’d they get that pick? Oh, they just traded franchise quarterback Russell Wilson to the Denver Broncos for a package headlined by that No. 9 selection, signaling a new era in Seattle football.
