Gil says this is one of the most unique drafts ever because there is no real consensus as to who the top six picks should be. He also explains how the approach to the NFL draft has changed, why linebacker Shaquem Griffin (twin brother of Seahawks cornerback Shaquill Griffin) is his favorite invite ever, and some new things the NFL is doing to reward some of the draftees high school coaches.
