Report: Transfer QB visiting UW Huskies amid Williams drama

Less than 24 hours after star quarterback Demond Williams Jr. stunningly announced he is entering the transfer portal, the UW Huskies reportedly have their sights set on a transfer portal quarterback.
Missouri transfer Beau Pribula is visiting Jedd Fisch’s Huskies, according to CBS Sports college football reporter Matt Zenitz.

Pribula, who will be a fifth-year senior next season, is a three-star transfer recruit and the 15th-ranked quarterback in the portal, according to 247sports.com. He started 10 games for Missouri this season where his offensive play-caller was new WSU Cougars head coach Kirby Moore.
Pribula led the Tigers to a 6-1 start before suffering a dislocated ankle in his eighth start of the season. He returned after missing two games and went 7-3 overall as the Tigers’ starter this season. The 6-foot-2, 212-pound signal-caller completed 67.4% (182 of 270) of this passes for 1,941 yards and 11 touchdowns against nine interceptions. He ran for another 297 yards and six TDs.
Pribula announced his intention to transfer in December and opted out of Missouri’s bowl game.
Pribula, who was a three-star high school recruit in the class of 2022, originally signed with Penn State and spent his first three seasons with Nittany Lions before transferring to Missouri in December 2024. Pribula’s decision to leave Penn State came as the Nittany Lions were in the College Football Playoff.
In 34 career college games, Pribula has completed 67.2% (219 of 326) of his throws for 2,365 yards and 20 TDs to 10 interceptions, adding 868 yards and 16 TDs on the ground.
