NCAA Tournament: Time, TV info for Gonzaga’s 2nd-round game

It wasn’t pretty, but third-seeded Gonzaga held off 14th-seeded Kennesaw State 73-64 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Thursday night.

With the victory, the Zags earned their 17th consecutive trip to the round of 32. Next up for Gonzaga is 11th-seeded Texas, which knocked off sixth-seeded BYU 79-71 in its first-round matchup.

The Gonzaga-Texas matchup is slated for 4:10 p.m. Saturday at the Moda Center in Portland. It will be broadcast on TBS and truTV, with Brad Nessler, Wally Szczerbiak and Jared Greenberg on the call.

Another victory would send the Zags to the Sweet 16 for the 10th time in the past 11 NCAA Tournaments.
