Broncos Preseason Super Bowl Shuffle

By Andy Bunker

As everyone knows by now, the Denver Broncos are the Preseason Super Bowl Champions. With their resounding 21-16 victory over the Seahawks in August, the Broncos marked their territory as the greatest team in NFL history.

Before the highly anticipated showdown on Sunday, the “Rubber Match” as many are calling it, the Broncos Redemption Team got together to record a ballad that truly commemorates the heights that the team reached this August.

The gauntlet was laid down late in the summer, before the regular season even got under way, forever immortalized by The Denver Post accurately proclaiming, “IT MATTERS”.

That great win, that unbelievable triumph has finally been commemorated in song. Courtesy of Peyton Manning and the Broncos Redemption Team, we give you the “Preseason Super Bowl Shuffle”. H/t to @MPCreep for putting together the music video.

(Chorus)

We are the Broncos Redemption Team
We’re Rocky Mountain High, Livin’ the Dream

You better watch out when we come to town
Next stop is Seattle to defend our crown

We’re not talking about 43-8

We won in August and it sure felt great

Sorry Seattle, we hate to burst your bubble

We’re here to do the Preseason Super Bowl Shuffle

(MC Peyton Manning)

Well my name is Peyton but they call me 18
It’s been tough to throw since I won my second ring
We try not to listen to the media chatter

But when it comes to the preseason, IT MATTERS

My main man Wes is always happy and jolly

Passing out hundreds with his good friend Molly
Racking up titles in a large amount

And this I’m gonna use the silent count

(Chorus)

We are the Broncos Redemption Team
We’re Rocky Mountain High, Livin’ the Dream

You better watch out when we come to town
Next stop is Seattle to defend our crown

We’re not talking about 43-8

We won in August and it sure felt great

Sorry Seattle, we hate to burst your bubble

We’re here to do the Preseason Super Bowl Shuffle
