Brock: Receivers need to stand out in preseason game

While Terrell Owens is getting much of the attention heading into his Seahawks debut, there’s plenty of other intrigue among the receiving corps heading into Saturday’s preseason matchup with Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos.

“Do you go with the more established player or do you want to see more of your young guys,” wonders Brock Huard in Friday’s preview of the game.

Huard says he’s concerned about the prospect of both veterans Braylon Edwards and Owens both on the active roster, saying he’s worried about their skills, ability to stay healthy and how they’ll gel with the rest of the roster.
