Seahawks list Michael Bennett, DeShawn Shead as limited Thursday
It's looking more and more likely that Earl Thomas and Justin Britt will play Sunday after the Seahawks listed them as full participants Thursday for the second straight day. DeShawn Shead and Michael Bennett were limited.

RENTON – Seahawks free safety Earl Thomas and center Justin Britt were listed as full participants in practice Thursday for the second straight day, so both players appear to be on track to play Sunday night against Carolina after missing Seattle’s last game.
Cornerback DeShawn Shead was listed as limited Thursday for the second straight day. He and Thomas are coming off hamstring injuries they sustained two weeks ago against Philadelphia
Defensive lineman Michael Bennett was also listed as limited on Thursday after being a full participant Wednesday. Coach Pete Carroll doesn’t talk to the media on Thursdays during normal weeks, so there’s no word from the team on why Bennett was limited, but it could merely be precautionary as he comes back from a knee injury that required arthroscopic surgery and sidelined him for five games.
And, for what it’s worth, defensive coordinator Kris Richard sounded like he’s expecting to have Bennett back when asked after Thursday’s practice about his return.
“It will be huge,” he said. “Not only Michael Bennett, but we’re certainly looking at Earl Thomas, DeShawn Shead, Mike Morgan. That’s how we started the season, so it will be good to get everybody back, as a whole.”
Running back Troymaine Pope was listed as a full participant Thursday after being limited Wednesday, so he’s got a good chance to play Sunday night after missing the last game with a high-ankle sprain. That will give the Seahawks another backfield option after losing C.J. Prosise to a broken shoulder blade against Philadelphia.
It’s not looking good for wide receiver Paul Richardson (hamstring), tight end Luke Willson (knee) and linebacker Brock Coyle (foot). They all missed their second straight practice Thursday.
