Mariners season wrap: Watch the video and take the 67-man roster quiz

The Seattle Mariners’ 2019 season has concluded, but not before they set a brand new Major League Baseball record: They surpassed the 2014 Texas Rangers and now own the distinction for using the most players in a single season.
How many players? A grand total of 67.
Drayer: M’s will let the kids play in 2020, so expect a different offseason
So with Mariners insider Shannon Drayer back at the 710 ESPN Seattle offices and set to resume her regular video podcast with James “Boy Howdy” Osborn, she had the brilliant idea for them to try to name all 67 players.
In the video, Drayer and Osborn tackle all manner of topics regarding the 2019 Mariners and the upcoming offseason, but the real main event is when they take a quiz and see how many of the 67 names they can come up with in five minutes. And as pointed out in the video, the Sporcle quiz put together by yours truly was less than 100% accurate at the time – there was a typo in one name and another player whose tricky accent I forgot to take out. In my defense, I created the quiz just before they began taping, and it has since been fully edited and vetted for.

As Shannon pointed out after the taping, five minutes is barely enough to type all 67 names even if you were just reading them off a page.
