Robinson Cano in Mariners’ lineup against the Phillies

Robinson Cano returns to his usual spot in the Mariners lineup after leaving Tuesday's game with a quadriceps injury.

After leaving Tuesday’s 10-9 win with a quadriceps injury, second baseman Robinson Cano is back in the Mariners’ lineup for the finale of their two-game set in Philadelphia.

Cano was 2 for 3 with a two-run home run before being pulled from Tuesday’s game in the fourth inning. It was the first home run of Cano’s career at Citizens Bank Park.

Mandel: Mariners place Iwakuma on 10-day DL

Right fielder Ben Gamel also went deep Tuesday, as part of his four-hit game. Since being recalled from Triple-A, Gamel is hitting .362, with 12 runs, five doubles and 11 RBIs. He has multi-hit efforts in six of his 12 games. He will again bat second Wednesday
