Q13 says the recommended charges will be a felony, but the ultimate decision lies with the King County Prosecutors Office. The office is expected to get the case for review today, and a charging decision could take a week or more, according to Q13.
Earlier this month, the Bellevue Police Department said they were waiting on a second toxicology report before making a recommendation on charges.
The Seahawks were eliminated from the postseason eight days ago. Coleman is a restricted free agent.
