HBO has chosen four college programs to run a Hard Knocks like show later in the season. ASU will be featured during the week of home game versus Washington State who was also chosen for the show along with Penn State and Alabama.

Hard Knocks currently features the Oakland Raiders, and is in the midst of its best ratings since 2010. Almost 880,000 fans tuned into the show’s 2019 premiere, with many more likely to follow in the coming days, given the drama surrounding star wide receiver Antonio Brown.
The show has often been described as a nuisance by NFL teams. That sentiment was echoed when Raiders General Manager Mike Mayock dubbed Hard Knocks “an intrusion” in a recent interview.
