Taima the Seahawk apologizes for bad behavior

It takes a big bird to admit when you’ve made a mistake. So a tip of the beak to Taima, the Seahawks mascot who flew into the stands Sunday at CenturyLink Field.
Taima made national news before Sunday’s game when he flew away from handler David Knutson and landed on a fan’s head before popping onto another one’s shoulder.
Luckily, no one was hurt and the fans were surprisingly calm given a huge raptor had landed among their midst.
Still, Taima felt the need to say sorry.
The Seahawks issued this statement from Taima Tuesday:
