The Seahawks just announced the signing of veteran wide receiver Antonio Bryant, who has been out of football the past two seasons.
Bryant, 31, was with the Seahawks in minicamp on a tryout basis.
He last played in 2009 for the Buccaneers. He signed a lucrative free-agent deal with the Bengals in 2010 but was released before the start of the season due to a knee injury. His best season was in 2008 when he caught 83 passes for 1,248 yards and seven touchdowns.
Bryant, a second-round pick in 2002, has also played for the 49ers and Browns.
