Open letter to the NFL regarding Curry fines

Dear Roger,
Trying to play the Super Bowl in Europe is one thing, but the fines you have handed down to Aaron Curry are ridiculous! Why don’t you personally give one of our offensive linemen another high ankle sprain while you’re at it… Here’s an idea, if all these hits that Aaron Curry is getting fined for are against the rules, why don’t you try hiring referees that can call the game correctly? Furthermore, you are aware that you are commissioner of the National FOOTBALL League, right? Because it appears you are under the impression that you govern a flag football league.
Let the players play the game. If the fans of this league want to watch a sport where no one gets hit we’ll watch curling.
I’ll leave you with one last suggestion: If you are really trying to improve the league, you should spend more time trying to unhook the battery that powers Al Davis and less time trying to make your players hit like my little sister.
