Former star UW Huskies quarterback Michael Penix Jr. joined Seattle Sports’ Maura Dooley at the annual Seattle Sports Star of the Year awards show on Thursday and they had plenty to discuss.

During the interview, Maura and Penix discussed what life has been like for him since last month’s National Championsip Game, what his schedule now looks like as we’re roughly two months away from the 2024 NFL Draft, as well as his thoughts on the Seattle Seahawks hiring Ryan Grubb, his former offensive coordinator at the University of Washington, to call their plays starting this upcoming season.
