For the second week in a row, the Seahawks look plenty healthy heading into their upcoming game.

Running back Thomas Rawls (shoulder) and strong safety Kam Chancellor (ankle) were both listed as full participants in Friday’s practice after suffering minor injuries last week against the Cardinals, and neither are listed on the injury report for Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers.

Rawls was a full participant all week at practice, while Chancellor was on Thursday and Friday after sitting out Wednesday.

John Clayton’s keys: Last time Seahawks play a Kaepernick-led 49ers team?

With Rawls and Chancellor set to play without limitation, that leaves rookie running back C.J. Prosise (broken scapula) as the only player on Seattle’s injury report. He is listed as out, which was expected after coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday that it would be at least a couple more weeks until Prosise could potentially return.

While the Seahawks have a mostly clean injury report, they is a significant difference between this week and last week, that being the absence of wide receiver Tyler Lockett, who suffered a season-ending broken leg against Arizona. Former UW and Skyline High star Kasen Williams was promoted from the practice squad earlier in the week when Seattle place Lockett on Injured Reserve.

On Friday’s practice report, cornerback Richard Sherman and defensive end Michael Bennett were both listed as sitting out for non-injury related reasons. Both players have been in the news recently, albeit for very different reasons. Sherman has been mired in controversy ever since he confronted head coach Pete Carroll and offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell on the sideline following their decision to pass from the 1-yard line on Dec. 15 against the Los Angeles Rams. As for Bennett, he signed a reported three-year contract extension with Seattle on Friday.

Tight end Jimmy Graham was also listed on the practice report; he was a full participant, just as he was on Thursday after sitting out Wednesday in a routine day off.
