During the Bengals’ 17-7 route of their AFC North rival Ravens, Chad OchoCinco did what Chad OchoCinco does – made a spectacle of himself.
Yet again, the flamboyant wide receiver found a way to draw attention to himself – this time by pretending to bribe a referee with a $1 bill.
