Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin is officially listed on Saturday’s injury report as questionable for Monday night against Green Bay.

“He banged his shoulder during the week here, and we don’t know yet,” coach Pete Carroll said Saturday after practice. “He thinks he can get right, so we’ll have to wait until game time to see.”

Baldwin was limited on Thursday and did not participate in practice on Friday or Saturday.

“I feel like I’ll be able (to play),” Baldwin said. “But it’s going to come down to a numbers game though … just who they feel like is the best 45 to go into the game. I feel really good. I’m leaps and bounds above what they thought it was going to be. I’m just waiting to hear the word.”

Carroll said wide receiver Charly Martin is available to play this Monday if Baldwin is unable to go. Martin returned to full practice this week after sitting out last Sunday, recovering from a lung bruise he sustained in the opener.

Wide receiver Sidney Rice should also be ready for Monday, but was given a rest day on Saturday. He’s listed a probable.

“He’s had a good couple of days, and we’re just making sure that he is really ready to go based on what happened last week,” Carroll said. “He had a sore knee last week.”

Left tackle Russell Okung (knee), tight end Zach Miller (foot), and running back Marshawn Lynch (back) are also all listed as probable. Only cornerback Byron Maxwell has been officially ruled out with a hamstring injury.

Below is the official injury report for Saturday.

OUT: CB Byron Maxwell (hamstring)
DOUBTFUL: None listed
QUESTIONABLE: WR Doug Baldwin (shoulder)
PROBABLE: RB Marshawn Lynch (back), TE Zach Miller (foot), LT Russell Okung (knee), WR Charly Martin (chest), WR Sidney Rice (rest day).
