Stelton: Seahawks need to be like Bill Belichick, cut stars before they decline

Bob Stelton of 710 ESPN Seattle doesn’t like finding himself in agreement with Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots. But in the case of deciding when to move on from star players, he has done just that.
In the video above, Stelton explains why Belichick’s team has proven that it’s better to cut a player a year early rather than a year late, and why that’s something the Seahawks should do this offseason after a disappointing 9-7 showing and missing the playoffs.
