Huard’s Chalk Talk: Seahawks’ Russell Wilson makes difficult TD pass to Jimmy Graham look easy
Russell Wilson made a number of plays that grabbed attention in the Seahawks’ 41-38 victory over the Texans, like the game-winning touchdown pass to Jimmy Graham or the long bomb to Paul Richardson that helped set that TD up.
As Brock Huard points out in the Chalk Talk video above, though, Wilson was impressive even when it came down to a play that gained just one yard.
Wilson threw two touchdown passes to Graham in the fourth quarter of the win over Houston, the first of which was a seemingly easy toss in a goal-line situation. But as Huard shows with his breakdown, it only looked so easy because Wilson expertly executed a throw that had a pretty high degree of difficulty.
