Yesterday, during a live broadcast from Safeco Field, a veteran named John from Port Townsend, called into the show to express his gratitude to Dave Niehaus and the Mariners for keeping his spirits up during his tour in Iraq as a company supply sergeant.
Dave even gets on the air with him to thank him for his service! The audio can be found here.
