CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Seahawks held Cam Newton to a career-low in passing yardage.
No, that’s not a recording. It happened again.
Newton threw for 141 yards against Seattle last year, the lowest single-game yardage total in his NFL career. At least it was until he played the Seahawks against on Sunday, and finished with 125 yards passing.
Newton has passed for fewer than 200 yards in only six of the 33 games he has played in the NFL, and his two lowest single-game passing totals have come against the Seahawks.
