Free-agent tight end Tony Moeaki has signed with the Atlanta Falcons, the team announced Thursday.
Moeaki played six games for the Seahawks in 2014, making eight receptions for 134 yards and one touchdown. He also appeared in a pair of postseason contests for Seattle.

A four-year veteran of the NFL, Moeaki has struggled with injuries throughout his career. He played just two games in 2013, his lone season with Buffalo after two campaigns with Kansas City.
Moeaki joins recent Atlanta signings Jacob Tamme and Levin Toilolo to compete at the tight end position.
