Seahawks’ regular-season schedule to be released Tuesday

The Seahawks’ 2015 home and away opponents have been set for some time, but we’ll find out on Tuesday the exact dates and times for those games as the NFL will announce complete regular-season schedules for all 32 teams.

The league announced last week that the schedules will be revealed some time this week. The announcement came Monday that it will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday on the NFL Network. (We pause now to acknowledge how the NFL schedule release carries enough intrigue that the league announces – in stages – when it will be announced.)

The Seahawks’ home opponents are – not necessarily in this order – Carolina, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit and Pittsburgh along with NFC West foes Arizona, San Francisco and St. Louis. Their non-divisional road games are against Baltimore, Cincinnati, Dallas, Green Bay and Minnesota.
