Video: Panthers’ Cam Newton adds salt to wound by grabbing 12 flag

Panthers QB Cam Newton added salt to the wounds of many Seahawks fans following Carolina’s 31-24 victory over Seattle by snagging a Seahawks’ flag, balling it up and throwing it.

This isn’t the first time Newton’s done this, having ripped down a Packers’ banner in November. The controversy prompted changes to the kinds of flags that were allowed in Bank of America Stadium.
