The first weekend since the Seahawks’ season ended was an easy source of frustration for Seattle fans.
Huard: Expect the Seahawks to look similar on offense in 2020
Aweek prior, the Seahawks came up short in a 28-23 divisional round loss on the road against the Green Bay Packers, with their running back duo of Marshawn Lynch and Travis Homer combining for just 39 rushing yards on 15 carries. Seeing the Packers trounced by the 49ers in the NFC Championship on Sunday, that run game – or lack thereof –makes for a tough pill for Seahawks fans to swallow.
As Dave “The Groz” Grosby explains in his latest Just A Minute video, considering how the 49ers leaned on their run game to build a commanding 27-0 lead by halftime, it stings for Seattle fans to look back at how the Hawks performed on the ground the week before.
Also in the video, Groz shares his thoughts on the upcoming Super Bowl matchup between the 49ers and AFC champion Kansas City Chiefs.
