After a mysterious call sent out on his social media accounts, Marshawn Lynch and roughly 200 other people rode out on BMX bikes in downtown Seattle Wednesday evening.
How Seahawks legend Marshawn Lynch ‘weaponized’ silence
The event was promoted by a #SeattleRideOut hashtag on Twitter and Instagram, sent out by Lynch on his personal accounts, and his branded Seattle Beast Mode Apparel page on Facebook.

Lynch did a similar ride out in 2017 in Oakland, that featured hundreds of participants, for an impromptu tour of the city.
“We ride as one,” Lynch’s Beast Mode Apparel Facebook page proclaimed.
