Mariners recall Stefen Romero, option Lucas Luetge

The Mariners have recalled outfielder Stefen Romero and optioned reliever Lucas Luetge to Triple-A Tacoma, the club announced Thursday.

Romero hit .196 with three home runs and 11 RBIs in 51 games with the Mariners this season and then .283 with three homers and nine RBIs in 11 games with Tacoma once he was optioned in late June.

Luetge has appeared in four games in three stints with the Mariners this season.
